Vintage Crewel Needlepoint Gray Kitty Cat Kitten in Gold Frame 7 1/2" x 7 1/2"

Description

This vintage handmade crewel piece features a charming gray kitty cat in a gold frame.
The frame may be gesso but not certain.
I am guessing this dates back to early 1900's and was framed some time later.
The intricate crewel embroidery adds dimension and texture to the piece.
Measuring 7 1/2" x 7 1/2", this finished piece would make a lovely addition to any collection.
The needlepoint crewel work was done very well.
It appears to be in very nice, gently displayed vintage condition.
There is some slight wear on the corners of the frame.
