Originally a kit from the 1970's, this is Paragon #02506 Pennsylvania Dutch Sampler. This finished and framed needlecraft is a wonderful example of Scandinavian type folk art. The vibrant and colorful yarn threads were skillfully stitched onto the 100% linen fabric. The crewel embroidery work is of high quality and this piece would make a great addition to any collection. The frame measures 15" wide and 12" high. The linen crewel sampler inside the opening measures 11 1/2" wide and 8 1/2" high.
