3 Vintage Hand Embroidery Rabbit Chipmunk Squirrel Framed Unfinished Backs

Description

This beautiful set of three vintage hand embroidered pieces showcases - a rabbit, chipmunk, and squirrel - through the art of needlepoint embroidery.
Each square measures 6” on each side, with the wood frame they measures 6.5 inches. The backs are the original unfinished backing. They have the original wire to hang from and the original nails to keep the square in the frame. One square is missing the nails and has been “taped” in place. I would “guess” these to be from the 1940-50’s. These belonged to my husband’s aunt.
